SIL- Supported Independent Living
At Pragma Care WA, we believe in empowering NDIS participants through Supported Independent Living (SIL). The participants get accommodation houses, allowing them to live as independently as possible while building their skills and meeting their goals.
Our SIL program offers personalized support and assistance to help individuals live independently in the community. We work closely with each participant to develop a tailored plan that promotes their autonomy, choice, and control over their lives.
With our dedicated team of professionals, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where participants can thrive and actively participate in their community.
How We Can Support You:
- 24 hours Support
- Supports for Daily Activities, Daily planning Budgeting
- Building skills to live autonomously
- Learning to maintain a household tasks such as laundry and cleaning
- Developing and maintaining connections with Family and friends
- Participation in free community events
- Transportation to day programs/ employment/ allied health appointments
